For international students specifically Starting July 5, 2021 at 1 1 :59 p.m. ET, fully vaccinated travelers who are permitted to enter Canada, and who test negative for COVID-19 upon arrival in Canada, will not be subject to the federal requirement to quarantine or take a COVID-19 test on day 8.
